I’m a Neurodevelopmental & Wellbeing Coach based in Rugby, Warwickshire.
All my life I’ve been curious about the connection between mental and physical wellbeing and how to overcome life's obstacles and challenges in a natural nurturing way. There is no one way to go about your own healing. It is as unique as you are. As a Neurodevelopmental and Wellbeing Coach I focus on resetting neural pathways to balance our nervous system leading to a more joyful and fullfilled life. I can support you to find your unique way of getting well. Together we can discover which therapies are the best for you at this time on your journey. Keeping in mind that your needs will change over time.
My own journey
For the last 20 odd years I have been on my very own intense healing journey overcoming chronic illness and trauma. This is and will be an ongoing adventure that taught me to be in awe of the wisdom and knowledge that lies within my own body and mind. The skill is to listen in and to follow your intuition with self-compassion and kindness...
Professionally I started off with a master’s degree in educational science specialising in psychomotor therapy for children but my journey into therapies and healing really began in Nepal in 2005 where I volunteered in an orphanage. It was in Pokhara where I attended my first regular yoga classes, acupressure massage course as well as discovered reiki healing. And so the journey began...
Working with people and helping them to improve their physical and mental well-being developed into much more than a job to me and I feel very blessed to be offered the chance of supporting people on their journeys and to see them experiencing some beautiful and deep healing.
EVERY MOMENT AND EVERY BREATH THERE IS A NEW BEGINNING, A NEW START AND A NEW HOPE...
